1. Shipping Destinations

Currently, we primarily ship to the United States. If you are ordering from outside the US, please contact our customer support before placing an order to confirm shipping availability and rates.

2. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

  • You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your pet essentials arrive safely.

  • Standard Shipping: FREE on all orders (or insert your fixed price here, e.g., $4.99).

  • Estimated Delivery Time: 7–15 business days.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipping, not the date of order. Actual delivery times may vary slightly due to customs clearance processes or carrier delays.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can follow your order's journey directly on our website or through the carrier's portal. It may take 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update in the system.

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Zarpaw is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

6. Wrong Address Disclaimer

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, so there is always a very small window to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at support@zarpaw.store if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If you received your order damaged, or if your package is significantly delayed/lost, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and reach out to our support team right away. We will work closely with the carrier to resolve the issue or arrange a replacement product for your pet.
